I would say, that since the trainer was quite familiar with the study material, to me, she made English seem simple and easy to learn. She taught me the correct way to handle conversations. I think students need to overcome the fear of failing at it, in the first place. This is because we feel that the level of English is assumed to be, is quite difficult and to able to clear it, it seems scary.
Learning with Fluent was fun, encouraging and since I had an opportunity to have a one on one experience to learn, I feel that Sarah was able to tailor it according to my strengths and weaknesses.

I work as an optometrist in one of the top-rated eye health organisations in the world. As a part of my profession, I need to deal with doctors and officers. I need to train interns and make presentations. I used to face a lot of problems while speaking English.
